Caleb and I go back in time and talk about the 2008 Shepherd XC State title team. We also talk about his amazing 2010 senior year and what led to that, as well as some MSU workouts and what he's done since he graduated. Not enough maple syrup was discussed, although we do mention my win over him in the 2006 Maple Syrup 5K.
