Really excited to chat with Privateer Jason Rodriguez. He's a dude who hasn't even been racing that long. I've had the opportunity to watch him progress as a rider, go club racing as a yellow plate, get promoted to Expert, and most recently he raced his first national at Laguna Seca. This could be a good person to listen to with regards to goal setting and the difference in levels from club to pro. I'm sure Jason will have some colorful stories too,
