Talkin' Motorbikes with club racer Joshua Scott. He races the big aprillia bike in the socal-based racing clubs CVMA and CRA. His day job is that of an R&D Chef. We're going to discuss those things because I think its awesome how this sport of motorbike racing brings together people from different backgrounds and career paths. I'm really interested in finding out what an R&D chef does exactly. Is he the dude inventing new creative ways to make a grilled cheese? -LOL.
