It's been a little while since the last episode and it's awesome to be back, this time joined by Jess Blewitt. Jess turned a lot of heads this season with her amazing talent on the bike and top ten results on the UCI World Cup circuit. I'm sure it's not going to be long before we see her right up there on the World Cup podiums.

We recorded this episode at the new ilabb house, "The ilodge" . We were sat outside on the deck so you may hear a few cars and lambs from time to time.
