It's been good to get back to recording a few more chats with some good friends. This time I have Louise Ferguson join me, She has just been announced on the Sram/ Nukeproof team and is heading off to ride in RedBull Formation and go on to smash the World cup circuit. We're also joined by Ben Hildred, Best known for completing some incredible MTB climb challenges although to him it's just a good day out on the bike.
