It’s Talkin’ VAWLS – Episode #36! Talkin’ VAWLS is a weekly podcast devoted to the University of Tennessee football program. We post episodes every week throughout the football season with a few bonus episodes sprinkled in between.
Nobody in the country believed the Vols could play with Georgia and while the scoreboard read 38-12, the Vols showed a lot of fight. Is that good enough? At what point do we quit accepting moral victories? This week we discuss why we first started pulling for the University of Tennessee. We try to take a positive spin, but we also break down play calling and UT’s lack of offense against the Georgia Bulldogs.
The Vols have a bye week, but that doesn’t stop the crew from making a pick. This week Conor McGregor takes on Khabib Nurmagomedov at UFC 229 for the Lightweight Championship. We briefly chat about our expectations for the fight as well as who we believe will go home with the gold around their waist.
