I've often pondered how it might be possible to live life at a gentler pace, to take time to watch the world around us, and to make the headspace to be more creative. In this series of the podcast I explore what I've discovered about living at a gentler pace, how it can mean doing more of the things that are truly important to us, and how great it is for our wellbeing.
