Some of you complained about how you do not get value for your money when purchasing electricity vouchers. So we have invited an Eskom representative to give us comprehensive information about how prepaid electricity works, and we will also look at Illegal Connections and Ghost Vending, which has proven costly and problematic for Power utility Eskom
