In this episode I sat down for an hour and a half with Rene Gautreaux who runs the Instagram page @ariside_art. What originally brought me to this page was Rene's comic style journal he uploads everyday. While art was the original focus for this episode we branched out into mental health, techniques for people to use to cope with ADHD, socio-economic issues, and self-image.
