    3. Virtue is the rejection of vice.
    4. Vice is choosing simple pleasure.
    5. I’m a hypocrite. I’m an addict. Can’t imagine life without sex.
    6. The more we indulge the harder it is. We are rewarded psychologically for indulging.
      1. Short-term.
      2. Overcoming biological urges.
      3. Why we suffer when we drink, do drugs, and fuck.
      4. Buddhism, Christianity, and modern psychology all agree.
      5. There is freedom in discipline.
