Today I had the opportunity to have a conversation with one of the coaches at the Headbangers Gym in Washington, DC, Patrice Harris, better known as Coach Boog. We discussed his journey from young amateur fighter to a world-renowned boxing coach. He has been in the corner of many world champions, to include a current undisputed champion. His skills and service to the community has even taken him to the big screen and he can be seen in the upcoming CREED III as a trainer.
