Brendon Gale or 'Benny', as he's affectionately known, has footy in his blood - his grandfather, father and brother all played at the top level. Tassie born and bred Benny played 244 games for the Tigers, retiring in 2001, and eight years later became CEO of the Richmond Football Club.
