Through roles including Director of Change at Tesco Bank and Head of Transformation at Scottish Friendly, Stuart has many years of experience of running enterprise change investment prioritisation and portfolio delivery management. He works effectively with C-Suite and delivery teams, linking business strategy to successful achievement of change outcomes and ensuring the focus on outcomes remains through to benefit delivery.
