Talking Galloway Podcast Episode Two Bob Peace

Listen Later

Episode Two of Talking Galloway Podcast and this month we are talking with Bob Peace, former Police Officer, Scout Master and Mountain Rescue Team member. We sat down with bob for a wide ranging discussion; everything from #MountainRescue To #Squirrel Rescue, via spitfire crashes and walking with kids!

Correction: Bob says that Johnny and his friend turned to Carsphairn at the High Bridge of Ken, but he meant to say Moniaive.

Special thanks to Anne Chaurand for her beautiful arrangement of Bonnie Gallowa that is used throughout the podcast. Guitar played by Anne Chaurand, and Flute played by Faith Hillier, also to Andrew Black (Blackie) for recording and producing the music.

Many thanks go to Glenkens Community Centre for the filming venue and Glenkens Community shop for their funding help. Thanks also to GCat and the Catstrand for their funding and help - our project is partly funded by money from the National Lottery Heritage fund through them.
