In a world where we see evidence of toxic masculinity every day paying attention to how we are engaging with our boys is critical to gender equality, ending the cycle of violence against women, and raising boys who grow up to truly respect women and themselves.

Too often the conversation about this happens only among women but that's not going to get it done. To change the dynamic we need men and women on board.
