United States Open Champion, Bryson DeChambeau went where former contestants have never ventured in winning this year's tournament at the venerated Winged Foot Golf Club in Mamaroneck, New York, September 14-20, 2020.

Eschewing conventual and historical precedent by hitting driver on the narrow, tree-lined and rough protected holes of the esteemed and legendary championship venue, DeChambeau was the only player to finish the contest under par for the week, claiming the silver trophy six shots clear of the closest pursuer.
