Chef Bartbow is a private Chef in Albuquerque, New Mexico and has fully immersed himself into the hot sauce industry. From hot sauce awards judge, to remixing recipes with various types of hot sauce, to now hosting an annual internet famous dinner party with Hot Sauce Guide the night before the Fiery Foods Show. The boys sit down and discuss football in a respectful manner (as all 4 root for AFC North team). Chef tells us how he got into the culinary field and what his day to day looks like. We learn about his process and how he maps everything out during his meals and meal prep. Slug and HSG try the nacho recipe they made that chef provided, although Slug maybe started a bit earlier than planned (like a lot bit earlier). Turk feeling under the weather, did not make his nachos until after the recording but do check out the incredible pictures he has.
