Kevin Harvick took the victory in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series All-Star race. We'll talk about it and recap Harvick's night and discuss the Monster Energy Open. 

The race also had a new rule package and fans were very pleased with the package and the restrictor plates. We'll give our opinions on it whether or not this is the answer for the 1.5 mile tracks. Will it work? 

Plus we'll discuss the rule change of NASCAR giving teams the option to start the race on their qualifying tires. IS that a good change? What will that mean going forward?
