In this episode of Talking in Circles we bring on Truck Series owner and driver Mike Affarano to talk about his team's 2016 plans. Also Affarano posted on his Facebook page about the potential of spec engines in for the series in 2016. What does that mean for the series, is it a good or bad thing and where does the money go when you buy the engines? We'll try and have all those questions answered. 

Also we talk about Chris Buescher joining Front Row Motorsports in 2016. The defending XFINITY Series champion will run for the Rookie of the Year title. 

Also, Chris Heroy was hired by Richard Petty Motorsports as crew chief for Brian Scott in 2016. Is this the right fit and where does this leave Darian Grubb for the 2016 season? Will he have a job? 

Roush Fenway Racing has made some major changes for the 2016 season. We'll discuss if we think these changes will help Roush Fenway Racing and what the team's expectations will be for the 2016 season. 

Tommy Baldwin Racing resigned sponsor Toy State this past week and announced an assocaition with Richard Childress Racing. TBR will get support for RCR. We'll discuss what that means for the 2016 season for the organization. 

Kyle Busch made headlines this weekend by suggesting a revision to the Chase, by rewarding the regular season a bye week in the first round of the Chase. We'll give our thoughts.
