On this episode of Talking in Circles we discuss the Cheez-It 355 at the Glen. Denny Hamlin won his 28th career NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race and the 1st at Watkins Glen International. Hamlin was able to use some strategy and a fast race car to stay ahead of the field and get to victory lane. It's his 1st win since the Daytona 500 in February. 

It was a race that was filled with strategy. A lap 14 caution for debris spiced things up a little bit and made the race become a race of strategy. 

Pit road timing lines were a big issue as several big named drivers got nailed on speeding penalties. 

Also there was a lot of action during the race and at the end that produced several accidents including Martin Truex Jr and Kyle Larson getting tangeled up at the end of the event, costing them good finishes. 

We'll discuss the racing on the road course and give our attaboys and disapointments. 

Also we'll touch on Erik Jones' new ride for 2017. What are his expectations? Any ideas on the crew chief for the No. 77 Toyota.
