Micole Garatti is a big picture, strategic thinker who helps HR technology companies build third-party marketing programs. She’s the founder of SocialMicole.com, the author of The Most Inclusive HR Influencer List, and has built or consulted for third party marketing programs at several billion-dollar companies.

Her background is in communications at the University of Florida and she received her MBA from The College of William and Mary.

Micole is the founder of the Most Inclusive HR Influencer List features over 150 leaders in the Human Resources industry, celebrating everyone from HR professionals, recruiters, diversity and inclusion specialists, technologists, consultants, to HR tech marketers, and more.
