Talking JAMES PODSIADLY with Mark Soderstrom

The James Podsiadly story is one of the most unique and intriguing in the AFL.

After being cut from Essendon and Collingwood Rookie Lists - and completing fruitless preseasons with four AFL clubs, Pods made his debut for the Cats at 28 years of age and went on to play ac combined 104 games for the Geelong Cats and Adelaide Crows.

In a true tale of resilience and 'playing your role' Pod's five-year career featured a Premiership in his second year and Best Clubman honours in his final year.
