June 3rd is Mabo day, marking 30 years since the High Court handed down its landmark native title decision. It also wraps up National Reconciliation Week. In recognition, Talking Law has an interview with native title barrister, author and activist Dr Byran Keon-Cohen AM QC. Dr Keon-Cohen acted for the plaintiffs in the Mabo litigation.
