This was the first year of the Gunfest Range Day event. Vendors which attended were Kel Tec Weapons; IWI US; Sig Sauer; Springfield; Walther; Gunbroker; Silencer Central to name a few. It was held at the Buffalo Chip in Sturgis, SD. Although attendance was thin, due to the lack of advertising and miscommunication between Gunfest organizers and the Buffalo Chip organizers, it has the potential to be one of the premier Range Day events in the Industry. In this episode of the Talking Lead Podcast: Lefty travels to Texas, south of Fort Worth to visit Ton Jones and the gang at Firebird Targets. A few episodes back Lefty challenged Ton to a Firebird Targets' "Kabloowey Club Challenge" by shooting a string of 10 or more FB targets back to back (not stacked) with one shot.
