Kara is the President and founder of the Vaval Ferrier Law Group and the CEO of the InPowerment Institute, LLC, a personal and business development academy. She is also a speaker, trainer, business development coach and the author of 28,000 Days…Make Yours Count!, An Inspiring Perspective For Living Your Best Life. Kara is a mother of 2 and an avid tennis player who endeavors to inspire each and every one she comes in contact with to rise to their limitless God given potential and live their best life.

 

This serial entrepreneur holds a B.A. in Political Science and Business Management from Adelphi University, Garden City, New York and received her Juris Doctor from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University in 2008. 

 

While building her law practice, Kara also dedicated herself to building a successful Mary Kay business, from June 2009 to January 2014, earning her the use of the prestigious pearlized Pink Cadillac! and in July 2015, Kara co-founded Staffing Plus Services, LLC, a permanent placement agency focused on bringing Haitian professionals living abroad back to work in Haiti.
