This radio show is an extension of EWATE's Living Like A B.OS.S. (Business/Occupation/Service/Significance) Men's Organization. The organization launched June 1, 2013 and was founded to address the very issues that this show does. It was our hope to create a think tank of sorts where those who were actively involved in serving and ministering to our men could unify and do greater work together. We have had 3 successful men's conferences that included keynotes address by activist and author Professor Griff of Public Enemy, world renowned poet Red Storm, and corporate coach and author Ellard Thomas. These events have been described as "barbershop conversation with a purpose" and the events have always ended with the men wanting it to continue and inquiring on when we could host another one. The radio show was created as a continuation of these events.

Regina has assembled a group of men, concerned men, serviced minded men, involved men, to address the issues our men are facing. Along with interviews, live performances and special guests, each show will have a live round table discussion about the topic of the day. It is our hope to bring new perspective and solutions to the audience concerning topics that truly matter in the lives of men. It is also our goal to highlight people or organizations taking on the challenges of addressing these issues. And where possible, identify gaps and offer information to help solve problems.
