Louise’s love for theatre and acting and how she got the part of Lou Kelly, one of Wentworth’s most violent inmates, we spoke about what it was like to play Lou and the intense scenes that she had to shoot and one storyline that she did not agree with, we also spoke about the famous Lou Kelly riot and how she felt when she pulled the chair out from the phantom lager Eve Wilder. Louise also spoke with us about what it was like to work with the late great Maurie Fields, Peter Adams, Gerda Nicolson, Joy Westmore and Anne Phelan, and her close friendship with Lois Collinder who played Lou’s sidekick Alice “Lurch” Jenkins.
