Dr. E.J.R. David is an associate professor of psychology at the University of Alaska Anchorage and serves as the director of the Alaska Native Community Advancement in Psychology Program. He researches and publishes articles on the psychology and mental health of Asian Americans, Pacific Islanders, and indigenous and post-colonial ethnic minorities. His books include The Psychology of Oppression (co-author), Brown Skin, WhiteMinds: Filipino-/American Post Colonial Psychology, and most recently, We Have Not Stopped Trembling Yet: Letters to My Filipino-Athabascan Family.
