Juan is a members of Lions Clubs International, where he serves as the International Officer for the Multiple District 105 British Isles. He serves as the International Director for International Circle Of Faith of Europe. A Christian Network of Churches worldwide. He is a local church leader, speaker, a Podcaster, a Blogger and leadership coach who consults churches and non-profits to help them lead from their extraordinary best. Juan speaks at churches and church conferences Worldwide, having visited, Africa, India, the USA and many countries across the EU. Juan seeks to help other leaders develop their leadership gifts and lead confidently. Juan consults and coaches individuals and teams on leadership, transformation and organisational health. Juan was invited to a reception at Buckingham Palace with the  HRH the Duchess of Sussex Sofía for his charitable work.
