Although always an athlete (he was a sport’s scholar and competitive sprinter), Max had a turbulent adolescence, being expelled from a few schools after getting involved with drugs. After working in the city, he decided to change his passion for fitness into a career and is becoming one of the UK’s most sought after voices in health.
