Lukas and Alicia meet Kristy Abbot from the Empower WA. Kristy provides support and inspiration for currently and previously incarcerated people and their families. Her service is available to all and comes highly recommended!!! Her strength, compassion and empathy are second to none and this shines through in her practice. Well worth a listen!
