Today we're honored to have with us a long term resident of Taiwan from the Caribbean, who has used her mastery of the written word to both earn her living, but also express her creativity through poetry, literature and lyrics. Peggy Carr originally hails from the Caribbean nation of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. But has called Taiwan her home for over 2 decades. Taiwan and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines have enjoyed diplomatic relations since 1981 and after spending a sabbatical here in the year 2000, she decided to settle down in Taiwan.
