I found a great video of Carlos dancing on Instagram and led to a great conversation about himself and how he is trying to help other be motivated to stay physically fit and active in their daily lives. 

He is officially the first stranger I have had the opportunity to interview and I am very grateful that he took a few minutes out of his day to talk with me.
