Bio:
Julia is a life coach and yoga instructor, with a mission to empower others to heal and grow so that they can start thriving. After her anxiety worsened in early 2021, Julia found out that she has complex PTSD, and started diving even deeper into understanding how to heal from trauma and to not be defined by a diagnosis. Her inspiration behind everything she does comes from her twin brother Michael, who has Down Syndrome. He taught her so much about kindness, unconditionally loving others (including yourself), having patience, and embracing new perspectives. She uses this background to create a safe, supportive space for her clients during their sessions together. Julia helps anxious and ambitious achievers break through the barriers that are preventing them from reaching their greatest heights.
