Celebrating over 30 years of teaching English, she is also a published poet, certified meditation teacher as well as a passionate person that pours forth her joy to others in her personal time through cooking & crop-sharing in her community, cultivating a cooking garden for a local restaurant, leading educational group travel, faciliating mindfulness sessions for anyone at her college through their Mindful Growth Initiative & much more!
