Namasthe I'm glad to share about poricha modhagam recipe.same modak but by using maida or whole wheat atta . deep fried poorna modak.ingredients-- for (poori type)dough----whole wheat atta--1cup,ghee--1tsp,salt,water.,for poornam---grated coconut--1cup,jaggery--1/2 cup,cashew nuts(chopped),almonds(chopped) pistachio (chopped), cardamom powder 1/2 tsp,ghee--1tsp,water--1/4 glass.for deep frying ---ricebran oil or sunflower oil or ghee.thank you
