Tamla Horsford was found lying face down in the backyard of a friend. She had been there for a party the night before and was reportedly very intoxicated. The theory that police went with is that she jumped from a 16-foot balcony although the place her body was found would make no sense. The facts of the case line up more with a murder and a coverup.
