This week's episode of the podcast we were blessed to have Mrs. Tammy Mims as our guest! Tammy is an absolutely wonderful person and has multiple open state records and masters world records in the WRPF. She also serves the powerlifting community as a state level judge and a coach! She manages Express Fitness in her day to day life and has multiple reasons why fitness became a priority later in life. This was a great episode and we look forward to having Tammy on again soon!
