In 1912, the City of Tampa was terrorized by someone lighting random fires and shootings. When a mysterious note arrived at the police station taking responsibility for the chaos, authorities knew they had a serial killer on their hands. More than 100 years after that killer was caught and executed, some say they still see him lingering on the streets of Tampa.
