Tana Douglas is widely recognised as the world's first female roadie. Tana shares tales from her groundbreaking journey, which began in 1973 when, as a trailblazer in the male-dominated world of rock 'n' roll, she started working with AC/DC in Australia. From doing backline to managing the Front of House (FoH) sound and then moving to lighting, Tana's career is a series of firsts that paved the way for women in the industry.
