Tantra, nothing I thought it was
I bought this book as part of a series and perhaps I would not have read it had this book not come in a series. I'm glad I did. I had no idea what Tantra was and feel like I have a good understanding of what Tantra actually is now. I am learning the way of the yogi and this is an interesting part of practice. I look forward to exploring it further.
Not enough info
There is a lot of discussion about the philosophy of tantra, but very little actual things to practice. Sort of odd.
Simple and clear.
Just do it! Common sense description of basics and advanced yoga practices. Pratical andceasy to understand. Enough is said now
Not What I was expecting
I didn't enjoy this book at all. The practices were not there. It was a lot of talk but didn't say anything of value.
Five Stars
Valuable information for growing on the journey toward self-mastery.
