Yoga and Meditation teacher Lauren Toolin talks with me about her journey to meditation and how a Tantric meditation practice can be useful for turbulent times. Lauren is the owner of Yoga Vidya and trains teachers in both her 200 and 300 hr programs. Lauren and I have been friends for many years and study with the same teacher.
