• Air → when unrefined: distraction, escape, floating, wasting time
  → when refined: imagination, רוחניות, vision, the ability to rise above 
• Earth → when unrefined: heaviness, laziness, sadness, stuckness
  → when refined: stability, humility, perseverance, groundedness
