I enjoy reading books on the TAO

I enjoy reading books on the TAO. I found it informative, however, it was a rough draft. No editing was done on the book which made it difficult to read. I found myself proof reading the content.

This book provides a great overview to Taoist lifestyle. This is the first book I read about Tao though this is not new to me anymore. But I still find it fascinating to learn more about it. The part about Yin and Yang allows readers to personally explore the balance in their own lives. Informative and amazing!

The book TAO is so helpful. Its completely something new to me. I haven't heard about TAO before but my brother gave me this one.Taoism is a great way to change your life for the better. It isnât a simple task by no means of the imagination, but it is worth it once you completely understand how it works.It teaches you to welcome disgrace. Accept the fact that you are not important. Donât worry about gain or loss. Love the world the way you love yourself. Only then can you actually care about anything else.In this book you will learn how to Find balance with Yin and Yang ,

Go with the flow with Wu-Wei , Learn how to do nothing with Wu Nien , Learn movement with Qigong , Longevity and breathing and many more. This book make lots of changes in my attitude and in life. I suggest this book to everyone.

I found this book to be very informative, but the misspelling and grammatical errors where distracting.

I would, however, recommend it to anyone interested in the Tao.
