What a charismatic fellow. He was well respected in his community, worked for a suicide hotline, Went to law school, and murdered over 30 women.

Whoaaa!

Yep. He was a serial killer known for his grandiose image and otherworldly charm, often fooling women and then murdering them.

This guy was so nice that he ended up on a dating show and won! Turns out, he murdered five women.

My experience

Before working at my new job, the manager introduced me to all the employees.

Everyone was great and welcomed me effusively. This one guy was so nice that he showed me around for a week.

He showed me around and warned me about who to avoid. When in reality, he was the one to avoid.

I never suspected anything. He gave me solid advice and seemed like he genuinely cared, apparently not. He taught me everything I wasn't suppose to do-and did, and got in trouble for, and almost lost my job.

Be warned.

If you're at a bar or social gathering, just keep an eye out for anyone whose benevolence is off or unsettling.
