This episode was created because I have battled depression for such an extremely long time. I am not a professional so that is a disclaimer. I can say that the things I tried personally to fight and overcome sadness and self-doubt have really helped. Did it cure my depression and sadness immediately? No. It was a repetitive process of me trying these things over and over and eventually, I saw that the things mentioned did begin to positively impact my mood, mental health, idea(s) about myself, and view of life. I wish everyone an abundance of self-confidence and love, and an everlasting beautiful outlook on life and this earth.

The death of actor Chadwick Boseman has many people all around the world shocked. Chadwick Boseman was well known for playing Black Panther, Thurgood Marshall, Jackie Robinson, James Brown, and more. Chadwick's courage and strength is still inspiring us. Boseman passed away due to a four year battle with colon cancer on August 28. He passed away with his wife and family surrounding him.  

Chadwick Boseman is a reminder that as people we should continue to strive to be light in this world for others. May our light set a blaze to light the path towards, peace, purpose, and goodness for others to find and stay on. Chadwick Boseman will forever be our #1 superhero and king.
