Rev. Mrs Lydia Ladze Aku Koranteng is a Clinical Advisor with the National Health Service [NHS] 111 service. She is the co- founder of Reaching Out Widows Ministry and is also engaged in a ministry of empowering young church leaders, relational evangelism and discipleship, teaching, writing and public speaking. 

She is an assistant minister in her local church, Elim Lighthouse Church in Bicester. Lydia was ordained into ministry on 28th November 2020. She serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for Zion Way Ministries and vice president of Well Women UK network.
