John talks to Allison Jayne Ewing, EFT Practitioner, Dating Coach, Author, and Founder & Owner of Inspired Life Tapping LLC. As with many other therapies, EFT works on the premise that the body contains energy channels that become blocked or unbalanced, which leads to emotional and physical illness.
