[CONTENT/TRIGGER WARNING: ABUSE, DRUG USE, INCEST, SELF-HARM/SUICIDE, SEX & VIOLENCE]
Happy new year everyone! We're kicking off 2022 with the anxious, nauseating and trauma-inducing film Climax! Incredible dancing, sex and violence fueled by drugs and some banging tunes. What else can ya ask for in a movie?
We're joined again by our good friend Leech Gomez. Armand and Leech unfortunately caught COVID over the holidays. They're doing fine now. But at the time of recording this episode, they decided to say fuck it and join together in person as Jo remains safe in her home to experience the hurt and trauma together as a family. Maybe Armand needs to go to therapy after recommending these fucked up movies? Who knows? Either way, we hope you enjoy the discussion! Thank you so much for listening to us in the new year.
(Also, apologies for any audio glitches in this episode. Jo was breaking up on the Discord voice call and as a result, her voice would be delayed at times or just drop out completely. Armand did his best to edit around it but you may notice some echo in the background.)
