Are you repeatedly pre-occupied by thoughts that give you anxiety, cause you to worry, perhaps become angry?  Or do you just simply feel that you could use a bit of calm in your life?

No, this isn't an advert about a new pill, it's about the subject of this episode.   

Many people who have answered yes to any aspect of those questions have turned to Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and practitioners like my guest for this episode.  

Theresa Lear Levine is a master EFT practitioner and energy coach, who works with clients in the domains of fitness, nutrition and mindset coaching, helping them become more of who they’re meant to be.  

So, this was a different sort of episode.  I have had an interest in learning more about EFT.  I don’t know all that much about it.  So, I was excited when I had the opportunity to have Theresa on the show.  We didn’t know we were going to do this right in the middle of the episode, but we ended up doing a mini-EFT session.  This is admittedly different than what I would normally do.  I did it for a few reasons.  

First, the show is not about me and what I am used to or comfortable with.  Second, I can’t talk about confronting issues in your life if I am not willing to do the same.  Finally, I thought there might be value in it for some of you.
